Hi, I have installed a very pleasant Gnome system. I emerged CUTE and eric3 for Python development but the menu font is ugly with those apps. As it installed along with the editors Qt designer, I launched this one too and discovered the same font problem - and no way to solve it.
So : how do you ...

the problem is that the chip does not get power unless the corresponding windows app from "launch manager" is started. this program activates the power supply to the chip itself (thats what the acer support told me).

you have to google acerhk for 32 bit linux or acer_acpi for 64 bit linux... this ...

Re: Enable ipw2200 LED

I read somewhere that you had to add a line to one of your conf files to get the led for my ipw2200 to light up. Does anyone know what the line is and where it goes?

If it matters the laptop is a HP nc6230 .

-Thanks

Is er een mogelijkheid om grafische programmas te openen via ssh?

Op school gebruiken ze SuSE, ik hier gentoo met sshd, ssh zelf werkt, maar ik kan geen x-windows openen... moet ik hier speciale configs voor hebben?
