Enable ipw2200 LED [SOLVED]

I read somewhere that you had to add a line to one of your conf files to get the led for my ipw2200 to light up. Does anyone know what the line is and where it goes?

If it matters the laptop is a HP nc6230 .

-Thanks

you have to add this line to /etc/modprobe.conf:

Code: Select all

options ipw2200 led=1
I didn't yet test it myself.
