I was wondering if anyone knew a way to build new 32 bit versions of gtklibs so that our binary 32 bit packages that are new can use proper gtk theming.

It seems the latest version of gtk in the current emul libs is 2.8.

Well, I pretty much just used the package.keywords and package.unmask from the AMD64 forums and it emerged, I logged in without issue except having to recompile 1-2 gtk engines to get them to work right.

No errors, no nothing

ok, I lied, I have no self control. Installing as we speak, most of the larger compiles are already done, some smaller ones remaining.
