I want to install chrome/chromium and dbus is being pulled by some gtk3 dependency I can't disable :/

Is there anyone out there that use chrome and somehow manage to remove DBUS ?

I remove it manually after the install complete and everything works fine, but when I update the system portage ...

I recompiled the kernel without the KVM Virtualization and it didnt fixed the problem.

i had 1 big ntfs partition ,i make it smaller with pqmagic then installed gentoo
install grub and all worked fine.
then i got new harddrive and i deleted the linux partitions and install gentoo
on the new hardrive.
then i wanted to install xp on the first harddrive but i had grub grub grub grubgrub ...

Same thing here useing nvidia kernel seems to have problems when trying to load.
you use nvidia as well?

i had problems with mozilla + hebrew

u need to install the xfs first
type man rc-update to see how to configure the service for boot.

then u need to edit your /etc/conf.d/xfs and chage the "-1" to "7100"
u can start it by typing /etc/init.d/xfs start
