Xfce applications menu vmplayer command how?

When I run my xp virtual machine from console:

Code: Select all

$ vmplayer ~/vmware/winxp/winxp.vmx

good works,
but I run from Xfce application menu entry command:

Code: Select all

vmplayer ~/vmware/winxp/winxp.vmx

I get the following error message:

Code: Select all

Error opening virtual machine ~/vmware/winxp/winxp.vmx: The configuration file for this virtual machine cannot be found. It might be missing from the virtual machine directory, or the path specified to access this virtual machine might be incorrect.
Configuration file: ~/vmware/winxp/winxp.vmx.

How can I start it from menu?
