After a little research I found that the Problem, which caused this output:

After searching a little I found some arch guys who had a similar issue like me.(nautilus:20786): Gdk-WARNING **: GdkWindow 0x3000003 unexpectedly destroyed

Since it's not entirely the same problem, I had. I am not sure how to proceed from here. I had these problem by navigating with nautilus or clicking stuff in a PDF-File using evince (evince might cause a different error, but the occurrence of theses crashes is pretty random, so it's hard to reproduce it with evince).
Should I try to apply the patch? Or does my problem come from some where else?
