[IPTABLES] Otwieranie portów Deluge

Witam, mój problem polega na tym iż nie mogę otworzyć portu w programie Deluge, w iptables mam wpisy:

iptables -A INPUT -m state --state NEW -p tcp --dport 1024:65535 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -m state --state NEW -p udp --dport 1024:65535 -j ACCEPT

Mimo to testy, zarówno Deluge, jak i w internecie (http://ping.eu/) pokazują port 6881 zamknięty.
Mam też router, ale wydaje mi się że to nie on powoduje problem, po wyłączeniu iptables port się otwiera.

Skoro masz router, to najpewniej masz NAT zrobiony, porty otwierasz na wewnetrznym ip, na routerze przekieruj ta pule na swoje ip.

Otwarłem te porty w routerze, robiłem tak też na Windowsie.
Czy o to chodziło ?
