Recommendations on a wifi card

Since my Intel Wireless 5100 recently died, I'm looking for a nice replacement.

Does anyone know of a half height mini-pci card that would support master mode, injection, etc. through open-source drivers? (I'm probably asking too much

)

Atheros ATH9k are quite good. The driver used to suck, but since Atheros hired all the OSS devs, its now great. An half height version exist because I have one, but it was from factory, so I don't know if you can find one.

Don't go near a broadcom wifi card.

Some are working and some are not, at least for now.

Maybe with the opensource driver the situation will be better.
