Local HTML-Docs not working with Apache2

Just emerged Apache 2 without problems. (I have the System V IPC built into the kernel.)
When starting apache I get the following output:

 *  Cannot add provide 'net', as a service with the same name exists!                                             [ ok ]
 * Starting apache2 ...
apache2: apr_sockaddr_info_get() failed for AFgentoo
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName 

When entering "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" in the browser no page is displayed.
What is wrong?

apache isnt really started. can u post your vhosts configuration or the httpd.conf please to see what have confused the start stop deamon.
