Here is a background/theme for grub, fbcondecor (gensplash), kdm, ksplash and kde desktop (plain and with logo). It is called BlueCurls and is based on the wallpapers Just Green Curls and SUSE curls I came across in kde-look.org. The fbcondecor theme is based on the theme natural_gentoo (from the package media-gfx/splash-themes-gentoo in Gentoo portage). The Gentoo logo is from wikimedia.org and the kdm theme is based on Glassified KDM.
Apart from the individual links and previews at kde-look.org mentioned above, all the files can be downloaded together as an archive from here and browsed here. (Installation instructions are in the archive.)

My old web server is no longer online. But I was hoping that most of the kde-look links would work. For now, you may download it from this dropbox link. I will try to make a more stable arrangement sometime. Thanks for the interest and welcome to Gentoo forums!

I still have the weird issue that if I use *any* theme in "silent" mode, it will not switch to tty7 but drop me on a terminal in tty1 instead, but that is completely unrelated and I have given up on that. "verbose" just works fine
