Epiphany donwload directory sticks to /

Hi,

I cannot change download directory setting for epiphany-2.26.3-r1 on a fresh install.
It is stuck to /, even if modifying directly gconf value (lost as soon as I open preferences).

I have also to start from a fresh home directory, without success.

It's the only setting that is lost, other seems to work fine.
