emerge linux-headers,util-linux. error: srtp_config.h

Hi! when i try to emerge linux-headers-2.6.27-r2, util-linux-2.14.1, nfs-utils-1.1.3, i get this error:

/usr/local/include/integers.h:50:67: error: srtp_config.h: No such file or directory

in google i can't find anything about srtp_config.h (only 7 link), what is? and why in /usr/local ?
anyone have the same problem?

Portage never places something in /usr/local/. Have you installed any applications manually?

Yes, i have installed some application manually (because not present in portage), but why emerging util-linux go search this /usr/local ?
now i see that this srtp_config.h is a part of "pjsip", hum..

Try this

     cp -PpR /usr/local/include  /usr/local/include.bak
      rm -rf /usr/local/include
      cd /usr/local/ 
      ln -sf /usr/include include

Just a workaround!
