Is handbrake not in portage?

Hey, I can't find handbrake in portage. I need to basically run some video through it, an mp4, so my GP2X can view it, basically an avi. I did and emerge -s for handbrake and got nothing. I even went through /usr/portage and it wasn't there. Is there a reason it's not in there?

Hey, if it isn't, does anyone know of a good program to do what I need that is in portage?

It is not in portage but there is a bug for it to be added. You might want to try the ebuild attached to the bug.
