scim-chinese has so many other input methods
i use cantonese input
and scim-pinyin is only simplified chinese.......no traditional chinese

i mean it's in putonghua format but not cantonese and hong kong format

Do you mean scim-tables ?
emerge it with linguas_zh USE, you'll find dozens of Chinese input method, including cantonese.
