kde 4.0 language packs not available?

Just wanted to ask, what happened to the i18n language files in KDE 4.0?

I think that he is not ready, at least for now.

Yes, but installing that package and setting LINGUAS="IT" on make.conf, I see all KDE4.2's applications' menu still set on english versions.
Same for kde menu opened with mouse's right click

You need to lunch the wizard that can reconfigure your Kde interface.

With Kde 3.5.x it's kpersonalizer but with Kde 4.x, I don't know.
