Some mouse problems in 3d games since xorg 7.3

Hi, i updated to Xorg 7.3, everything is fine except some games.
I can play games like neverwinternights, widelands without any problems. As i startet quake3arena, unrealtournament 2004 and return to caste wolfenstein i had a problem with the mouse in the menue and ingame. I can't work, the mouse seems to have a "lag" and moves where she wants, i can hardly control where it moves.
Anyone a idea?

I use evdev, here my xorg.conf http://paste.geekosphere.org/20129

I had the same problem, going back to Xorg 7.2 fixed it.

But you could try (for RTCW) :

Code: Select all

seta in_dgamouse "1"
and see if that helps, might affect your current mouse sensitivity (ingame) setting tho.

There are mouse/keyboard input bugs in Xorg 7.3, better to wait until it's stable.

I've hit this problem and I have an nvidia gfx card. I'd assume it'd be an input thing rather than a ati/nvidia display problem.
