Compiz with ATI [GTK performance - Solved]

1. Why window resizing is very slow? What can I do to speed up it?
2. I have proprietary ATI drivers (8.433) and compiz installed. And i see artifacts (sometimes) when switching to other working space (with cube rotation). Artefacts looks like diagonal blinking from one corner of the cube to other. What is wrong? Is this drivers problem or what?

The problem is well known and it's not really ati/nvidia drivers fault. It more or less because of the way compositing is handled in xorg.

Thank you, the situation with resize is now clear. And what about blinking? Does any one has the same problem? The blinking is very annoying...
