i need to know if there is a way to send to windows XP a key reg to disable the usb storage, my samba is a PDC.
the key in the window's registry is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor

Well, because it is a Local Machine (Global to the machine) if you just set it once manually, it will stay like that. However, if you have a login script, you should be able to apply the setting via that.
Just create a .reg file in a shared directory, then apply it via regedit eg:
loginscript.bat
disableUSB.reg
The only gotcha is that the user needs to have the ability to edit the registry.
