mounting usb hdd

I have WD MyBook 320G. It works fine. But it is mounted via kde automount system. So I have data in media:/disk/...
How can I mount this disk to some fixed point? Or just leave as it is. And mount neccessary directories on ext hdd to fixed points (in home dir). I need it (for example) for dir with my music, to create collection in amarok.
What else can you suggest with mounting usb hdd ?

You might want to try adding it to your fstab - the file itself should be easy enough to read/edit/add to

I know that.
But what if I insert instead of my hdd some usb stick. It will be mounted the same way. It's not what I want.
Can we write device-specific mount options ?

You can write a rule for udev that the drive will appear as a special device. Then you can have a line in fstab only for that device.
