When config kernel, what should I choose CPU type for a celeron? I have a IBM thinkpad A22e with celeron 800Mhz.

I would venture that you should use

Processor type and features --> Processor family --> Pentium-III/Celeron(Coppermine)/Pentium-III Xeon

800MHz is too fast to be based on the Katmai core, and therefore it is most likely Coppermine-based.
