FVWM-like window list

I've switched from FVWM to openbox but I really miss the window list of FVWM: pressing alt+tab brings up a list of all windows on the current desktop (or page in FVWM), something which gives you a good overview, especially if you're not using a panel (which I'm not).

I would kill for a (preferably light) stand-alone application that provides this functionality. I've googled for hours without finding it :| Do you know of one?

I think you're confused; TC has dropped FVWM, and is now using Openbox and wants a similar alt-tab to what FVWM has.

Anways, this:

looked helpful, but I'm not too fond of it. Hopefully somebody else has a better answer than I do.

Yes, I thought of that but it's just to cumbersome as you have to use the arrow keys to navigate the list and press enter to select a window :? But thanks for responding :)
