feedback on Geforce 6150 and ATI 300x

hello.
I'm looking for an new laptop for my studies, I've narrowed it down to two models, one has an Geforce 6150 Graphic adaptor and the other has an ATI 300x adaptor, I would like to know how well does they run under linux.

I've got an R300 in my laptop. Its got both open & closed source drivers for it. Not a fan of ATI's drivers so I use the open source ones, tho they are still kinda beta. The 6150 is prolly your better bet.
