• bash
• binutils
• gcc
• glibc
• python (I unmerged python... ensuing problems....)
• coreutils ([topic=688061]Killed my coreutils -- HELP[/topic])
• acl and attr if coreutils is compiled with USE=acl. Check with equery uses coreutils (emerge doesn't work after attr is unemerged!)
• portage (see bug [bug=244975]244975[/bug])
• libpcre if grep is compiled with USE=pcre (as [post=5903315]explained[/post] by chithanh)
• eselect-python
• gmp (see bug [bug=308461]308461[/bug])
