Does anyone know of a keyword based image browsing/management program for linux?
For those that don't know what I mean... Imagine you have a bunch of photos of various things, including photos of trees and your uncle bob.. Using the software you flag all the photos of trees with the tree keyword, all the photos of uncle bob with an uncle bob keyword, and all photos of uncle bob next to trees with both keyword. Then in the future you can just tell the program you want to see all photos that have certain keywords instead of searching through all of them manually.
Hopefully someone knows what I mean.. I've seen software for doing this in windows quite a while back, and it's useful enough for people who take lots of photos with a digital camera (a common trait among linux users I've noticed...) that it seems very odd there wouldn't be linux software to do this.
