Hello together!

Im still thinking about a present for christmas, and because my Logitech MX500 is broken, a new mouse would be the ideal present :)

But i've a question. The Razer Diamondback has 1600 DPI, but the standard xorg-resolution is only 400 DPI, right? I used the logitech-mouse-applett before to get the 800 dpi out of my MX500. But what about this mouse? Does the kernel, or xorg support so high dpi-resolutions?

There is a kernel patch available which lets you specify the usb mouse polling refresh rate - its probably in one or both of love and nitro sources. Or you could patch whatever kernel you use with it.
