Gnome and "Network Servers"

Trying to connect/find any other computers with "network servers" from the gnome menu.

If I try: File/Connect to server/browse network, the program freezes and have to force quit.

I know I can access window shares

Any suggestions to fix this, so I can browse files from nautilus?

type "df". if it just hangs, you have a stale mount point, which could be the cause. i'll tell you how to fix it if that's the case.
