Finding disks using Net-SNMP included with Gentoo

Hi,

I can find CPU, Memory and Network Stats using Net-SNMP that comes with Gentoo, but I'm having a real problem finding information about disks. Does anyone know how to do this, is this done using an snmpexec command?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at the /usr/share/snmp/mibs/UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt file. You could also find them using snmpwalk:

snmpwalk -v1 -c public hostname dsk

You should be able to get usage stats for each partition.

To get disk activity, use ssIORawReceived and ssIORawSent.
