gentoolkit-dev problem

I got this error with compiling gentoolkit-dev

existing file /usr/lib/portage/pym/portage_util.py is not owned by this package
existing file /usr/lib/portage/pym/xpak.py is not owned by this package

* This package is blocked because it wants to overwrite

package sys-apps/portage-2.0.51_rc7 NOT merged

No package files given... Grabbing a set.

--but if I try to merge the package portage it won't install...maybe I must to remerge the system??

....yeah now I got my Gentoo Mac Os but when I emerge i got always this kind of error , anyone just got the same??
