I haven't done this myself, but i believe you can't make 2 xservers share one gfx card.
But i do know that you can make one xserver use two screens. And there are lots of posts about this here.
Also remember that most gfx cards with tv-out only allow you to output the same thing both on vga and tv-out. Like using one for monitoring the other.. You need top brand cards (that support this) to output different things on tvout and vga.
What you can do is use two gfx cards to output different things.. And use two xservers, one for each card.. But this is too much for my knoledge
