Very strange problem with Courier-IMAP+vpopmail

So, my mail system was working fine before a power failure hit, but once I started my machine back up, the mail system was completely borked. When I try to log in, I get bad password from both Mail.app, and IMP. My configs are just fine, "printf "{user here}@{domain here}\0{password here}\0asdfaasdf\0" | vchkpw `which id` 3<&0" works just fine. Any ideas for making Courier-IMAP be more verbose? All I'm getting in syslog is "Jul 23 13:50:15 {hostname} imapd: LOGIN FAILED, ip=[::ffff:{ip address here}]" Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
