aterm transparency problem

aterm transparency problem

i found a lot of tips, how to run aterm on the BBS

but non of them is transparent on my frontend (wmaker here)

i did here that there is some problem with ncurses...

any tip anyone ?

Did you set transparency in your command to start aterm?

I used to use:

aterm -transparent -shading 30 -loginShell -foreground white &

perhaps I leave my ~/.Xdefault, interests you in the subject of the transparencies, so single sees publishing it to fit it to your pleasures:

thanks for tips guys, but non of them work.

what Ncurses do you use ?

may be i shloud say, that i expect to see ceontent of window bellow and not background

is it possible to see content of window under active window?

No it's not, at least not with regular XFree, you'd have to use freedesktop.org's xserver to get true transparency...
