EDIT (SOLVED): I have resolved the problem by reseating the GPU.
Hi everyone, recently I have ran into an issue where after the AMDGPU driver is loaded, the system reboots after around 20 seconds, I am unable to even get into a TTY, but I do see bootup messages before the AMDGPU driver is loaded.
This issue started randomly, after the system has been perfectly fine for months. I tried multiple kernel versions 6.18, 6.17 and 6.12 and none of them work anymore, when they did before.
When I boot the system with the nomodeset kernel parameter, I am able to boot and get to a TTY, mode setting is failing, meaning I am unable to use the GPU.

The GPU is a Sapphire Pulse RX 6700 XT.
