[solved]How to disable nvidia's video card and use intel's?

I found the power of my laptop is about 22w when doing nothing using nouveau module.
If I

rmmod nouveau 

it will rise to about 32w.
I also tried bbswitch, it doesn't work for me.
Hence, I want to know how to close the nvidia cards properly. I want to save power.

I might not solve it completely. However, after I use nvidia-smi and find the power of my nvidia cards is only 1w, I decide to close the question.
