This is a problem with wps-office itself. See Bug 733606

emerge @preserved-rebuild will re-emerge packages that depend on a preserved library. In the case of wps-office, re-emerging it only recopies previously linked libraries provided by the upstream project. Those libraries were linked to the stale Qt before you ran emerge, and since you recopied the same files, they are still linked to the stale Qt afterward. To fix this, those libraries must be rebuilt - and this looks like a closed source package, so you need the upstream project to rebuild those libraries for you, and issue a corrected release.
