Trying to get a Gaomon PD1220 to work on Gentoo

Rocking a multimonitor setup on my laptop using Gentoo and things are great, save for the fact that I can't seem to properly map the active pen area of my Gaomon PD1220 to its own output

Apparently this is because I'm using Xfce4 on an NVIDIA GPU. Regardless, after trying to wrangle with xsetwacom, xrandr, and a bunch of other things to no avail, here's my command line output:

I know Gaomon doesn't ship Linux drivers for this thing. Nevertheless I'm ridiculously stubborn and determined to get this thing to work.
