Its utterly beautiful. On the KDE-Look page the author as asked for a maintainer for Gentoo, so I thought I'd whip up a quick ebuild. Before I send it to him though I thought I'd post it here first for testing.
I've included both a ebuild and also a binary. The binary is compiled with -mcpu=i686 so that anyone with a reasonably modern system could install it. So if everyone can do me a favor and test it out, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
Hm. I have no idea what that means. How embarassing, eh? How about the binary build, were you able to install that? I figured there would be some problems since all I really know is that it 'works for me'. I tried installing it on my girlfriends machine and it worked ok, but her system is built from binary packages I compiled when doing my system so its basically a 'mirror' of mine. Not really good for testing. ;)ry00 wrote:I hav tested your ebuil, but it failed during configuration.lurid wrote:I've fallen in love with the Baghira theme/style. its complaining of missing all the ./installs script..etc.
its because the missing AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR in configure.in
i only manage to install it manually, since it requires some changes manually. due to the mismatch of autoconf i think.
maybe u need to add some sort of checking and automatic comfiguration to
src_compile function inside ebuild just before run ./configure .
Oi!!! I'm interested!lurid wrote:Hm. Well, if no one is interested in this maybe I won't bother maintaining a build. I guess the forums are a good gauge of popularity.

I've copied the ebuild-file extracted from baghira.tar.bz2 to /usr/portage/distfiles. Then, I did 'emerge /usr/portage/distfiles/baghira-0.3m.ebuild'.
I then get an error message, saying that the ebuild /usr/portage/portage/baghira/baghira-0.3m.ebuild can't be found.
What can be wrong?
