I logged into my desktop this morning, and some scaling factor has been messed up, because my menu bar text and application headers have become tiny, as has the text in Chome and Firefox (but not Seamonkey). And the file view has become massive.
I haven't been playing with settings.
Any ideas what happened?

Just happened again.
I wake up the computer from the black screen, and the login window is half size.
And then all my text is tiny in the menu bar, menus, window headers, firefox and chrome (but seamonkey and caja are fine, unless I turn up the application font size to fix everything else, and then they gets massive)
Does anyone have any idea what could possible be going wrong, or even something I could be looking at to rule stuff out?
(I just turned off my screensaver and power save to stop this happening. PLEASE help me find a better solution)
