most(1) pager colors broken

I have a problem with most-5.1.0 and most-5.2.0. They do not display colors as set in my config file.

My ~/.mostrc is like that

color normal lightgray black
color status yellow blue
color underline green black
color overstrike black black

Now the funny thing is, the first two lines work and do set the color of the corresponding text correctly. The other two lines do not work. In most 5.1.0, these colors are (green, default) and (red, default) respectively, regardless of what I put in the file. In most 5.2.0, bold and underline are used instead, no color is set.

This used to work in the previous version of most, but I have no idea what it was and where to get it. Github repo of most starts with v5.1.0.

You can grab older versions from git, e.g. commit e43cfbd33594ef27c2d0582f0067120cbd9e2427 in gentoo.git dropped 5.0.0a-r1.
