i have two users on my system. user1 and user2. user 1 can't login to sddm launching kde plasma 5 (wayland), but user2 can. user1 can launch openbox from sddm. when user1 tries to launch kde plasma 5 (wayland), it spins for a few sec and then just seems to hang. where do i start to troubleshoot this?
update - seems wayland is the problem. not sure why or what's happening. i switched to kde (x) and it's working fine. IMO, at this time wayland isn't ready for production.
