Does anyone know when i can get a default .config file for genkernel all?

I need to use it a base for my config but add a few things to it.

I don't use genkernel, but if you have the file /proc/config.gz, that's the config for your running kernel.

Default configs are bundled with kernel sources. You can prepare one with make. I don't think it's a simple copy, there is a little bit of logic that allows reusing old configs as a base for new kernel (with bigger numbers).
And this is what you want right now:
