desktop like os x without kde?

Hi,
I'm looking for a window manager, which seems to be like Mac's OSx aqua (including the panel)...but I won't install kde and work with...(why? I belive it's to slow and...)

has anyone an idea or a windowmanger?

There is no window manager under linux that imitates the OSX gui but you could make gnome look like OSX if you used the aqua theme for the window borders could then use gdesklets to create the idoc effect
