Old VS New - not syncing: VFS

I'm getting

• Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount rootfs on unknwon-block(0,0)

Actually, I don't even understand why (0,0). In grub.cfg, root for this kernel is /dev/sda6.
