Well, unfortunately on mine it doesn't. Your ebuild for 0.3m built fine on my machine, but the 0.3n-1 won't (I noticed that your ebuilds for 0.3m and 0.3n-1 are identical - are you sure you've uploaded the right one to your server?).

You can access the log of the failed attempt to emerge baghira-0.3n at https://ssl.tittel.net/baghira.log.

It'd be great if you could fix that.

TIA,
Stefan.

i'll try to fix it right now, but I can't test it until I'm at home.

the problem was caused by this:

thomas uploaded version n-1, but the file polish.cpp didn't include all necessary header files, so I changed it in the ebuild.

Then thomas went ahead and fixed it in his tarball, but didn't change the file name.

Now there two different files on sf mirrors having the same name, but different contents.

Please redownload my tarball (the links are always pointing to the the same file, that I overwrite.. I guess I'm sitting in a glashouse throwing stones *G*) and redownload baghira.tar.bz2

Hope it works, if not I'll fix it at home.

I'm sorry but I can't for the life of me work out what I am supposed to do.

The ebuild doesn't work and it isn't clear what I am supposed to do to get it to work.

Can anyone help?

Whats up with Baghira and Quanta?

Tabs on Quanta Plus are upside down  . A couple of the other styles I tried work fine. Check out: http://www.sibertron.org/quanta.jpg.

Quanta Plus 3.2 and KDE 3.2.

The official baghira-deco is now out.
There's an ebuild:

This window decoration is very cool! 8)
Is there a way to have the close-minimize-restore buttons of a different color (maybe the same of osx) :?:

The credits should go to Thomas Luebking, who developes baghira (+win-deco), I'm only his ebuild guy ;)

In your screenshot, the bottom of each window has this extra extension to accommodate the resize boxes (at the corners). I've noticed that the kde-look's screenshot of baghira for KDE 3.1 doesn't have this issue. It's pretty disturbing...do you know what could be the cause?

I thought it might be the qt I have (3.3.0r1, with kde 3.2) that causes it, but the plastik theme doesn't have this problem so it's probably not due to the qt.

Thanks.

I managed to fix this problem here... I added the following lines to the ebuild, above './configure'

Code: Select all

rm aclocal.m4
autoupdate
aclocal-1.7
autoconf

Try the new baghira-deco, the borders are optional now.
