Any yazi users? File association .ebuild not working

Hi,

I'm hoping someone out there besides me is using yazi.

I've spent hours trying to get it to work associating nano to .ebuilds with no luck.

I've tried things the Linux mime associaton way, and I've also been messing with the options in yazi for opener and open found here;
