Can't emerge rocBLAS. Need help.

Hi, guys,

I'd appreciate some help.
I'm trying to emerge llama-cpp, but it fails on rocBLAS install.

What do I do wrong?

Reason of such high usage is attempt to compile for AMDGPU_TARGETS="gfx90a gfx908 gfx942 gfx950 gfx1030 gfx1100 gfx1101 gfx1200 gfx1201. You can mitigate the issue by specifying one concrete target as described in https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/ROCm#:~:te ... use%20flag (enable only gfx1151 in your case)

This issue is discussed in #316 with some measurements in #316 (comment) - and specifically gfx942 was the culprit (but gfx950 might be even worse).
