Will Gentoo linux be implementing this ridiculous requirement from the state of california and others?
I personally thing this is compelled speech and unconstitutional and utterly unenforceable

Not 100% sure what the actual "official statement" from Gentoo is, but I'm pretty sure the main argument is that Gentoo isn't an OS by the definition, just an ebuild repository and the Portage package manager.
