emerge issue of dev-qt/qtbase dev-qt/qt5compat and icu

I am stuck at emerging an "update" and tried a lot.
Still I am stuck with this error

I can't get it fixed with changing the use flags proposed by emerge.

Go through your package.use and remove all mentions of icu… at least from qt. It needs to either be on, or off for all of dev-qt and right now you have some turning it on for parts and off for parts.

That’s what the = after the useflag means: it needs to be the same for both this package and that dependency.

thank you very much, I overlooked one icu line of qtcompat!
Now it works as expected.
