Jabra Link 370 - Wrong headset profile after ending call

Hi,

I am having an issue with Jabra Link 370 + Jabra Elite 85h headset.

Before making a call with Microsoft Teams (web interface with Google Chrome, also tried Firefox and Edge) the profile is correctly set to A2DP (I didn't find a way to verify this, but audio coming out of the headset is hi-fi).

As soon as I make a call with Teams, the profile correct switches to HSP (again, I don't know how to verify this but clearly the audio quality degrades on the headset).

After ending the call, the profile does not switch back to A2DP. The only way I found to make this happen is by unplugging and plugging back the Jabra Link 370 dongle..

My system is using pipewire/wireplumber.

Does anybody know what configuration should be used so that the headset switches back to A2DP after ending the calls?

the profile is correctly set to A2DP (I didn't find a way to verify this, ...
don't know how to verify this ...

open a terminal and run

pactl list cards | grep -A 20 "Jabra Link 370" | grep "Active Profile"

or something like that , or just pactl list cards and pick thru the data.

Then to switch see

pactl set-card-profile libpule-card-jabra-link-370 a2dp-sink
