Guidelines need updating

This post is 22 y.o. I don't know how many times it has been edited, but the user who posted it has been inactive for 15 yeas or so it seems. There are multiple references to Off The Wall which is not a thing anymore.

I guess there are other things that need to be changed or edited out.

Nobody noticed that nobody read CoC. That's a mark of a healthy community ^-^

Guidelines and CoC are two different things. I've reported you personality for breaking the CoC rules. Problem seems to be more of a micromanagement and lack of enforcement, rather than nobody reading them. When the moderator quotes it, rather than arguing their personal feeling of how it should be, people will read them.
