DEBUG_FS and choosing CPU

Is it possible on a modern kernel (6.17) to disable DEBUG_FS and at the same time limit the support to just one CPU type ( e.g. Intel) disabling the support for the rest ?

One requires CONFIG_EXPERT='n' and the other CONFIG_EXPERT='y'

And, to show frustration, why on earth a choice of CPU type (the one thing even a novice knows for sure) is now hidden under EXPERT menu ?
